We aren’t your normal idea of a Personal Trainer. Skinny 20-somethings who’ve never been an ounce overweight or known the mix of guilt and joy after eating too much cheesecake are not what you’ll find here. We used to be nearly 600 lbs, barely able to move let alone exercise, and know the struggle. Hells, we still fight that fight every day. Good health is an ongoing process, a fight in which you must conquer the bad habits of you past in order to create a new, better you!

Scheduling By Appointment
We are available most weekdays, Monday through Friday between 4 pm and 10 pm, and are glad to schedule Weekend appointments as well on a case by case basis.
In-Person or Online
We are happy to join you when you work out whether at your gym or at home. We also provide extensive online services for planning, programming, and training options./p>
